This mixed-media painted tapestry features an abstract composition of softly blended hues of pink, orange, green, and yellow. The colors flow vertically across the top in flame-like, organic patterns, creating a sense of movement, depth, and quiet transformation. Wispy, indistinct forms emerge within the layers, suggesting human or natural figures while remaining fluid and undefined.
The delicate interplay of color, texture, light, and shadow creates an ethereal atmosphere reminiscent of mist or smoke. The muted palette and flowing forms invite a sense of dreaminess and introspection, encouraging the viewer to discover their own impressions and meanings within the work.
This wall-hanging tapestry is created on raw, natural linen fabric with professionally hemmed edges. The artwork incorporates watercolor, charcoal, Intense Inks, pastels, and acrylic, applied in layered and intuitive passages to create its atmospheric surface.
A simple wooden hanging device is attached and sealed for protection, allowing the tapestry to be displayed in its naturally loose form. The piece is not stretched and will be carefully rolled and shipped in a protective tubular package, ready to hang upon arrival.
