Out of the Blue
Original Abstract Mixed Media Painting on gallery wrap stretched canvas. Pastels, Prisma Colors, Water Color, and Acrylic. Painting techniques wrap around 2.5" sides and all varnished for protection. The composition of this piece started with expressive marks and swooshes of blended tints and shades of blues in the top portions, then I added blue's complement of the orange family (orange/red orange/yellow orange) with patterned/textured areas creating a path of movement to keep the eye moving around the canvas and leading back again to the patterned areas. This process happened mostly in...

Created on two 12" x 36" gallery wrapped stretched canvases (hung 2" apart in the photos), varnished for protection & the sides have extended designs. Most human beings seem to have times in their lives where they are chasing the wind. Varnished for protection on a 2.5" gallery wrapped canvas with designs extending to the sides. Sometimes come to find out they are like ...
